Court of Appeals Rules Against NC's HBII

Today, the US Court of Appeals ruled that transgender students have the right to use public school bathrooms that correspond to their chosen gender identity, rather than their biological sex. This ruling questions the constitutionality of House Bill II and risks North Carolina’s public school system’s access to public funding.
