We will keep count of the number of hits each section of the website receives and the number of subscribers to the e-newsletter and RSS feeds to gauge our overall use, as well as what the most popular issues and sections of the website.

We will administer an online user survey, supplemented by phone interviews to gather additional information on how effectively the site is meetings its goals.
